The Ombudsman, Ms. Erinda Ballanca, was invited to an interview for the Italian platform Coordinamento Difesa Civica Italia, where she shared the experience of the Albanian institution in protecting human rights and strengthening independent oversight mechanisms.

In the interview, Ms. Ballanca focuses on the challenges that accompany the process of guaranteeing the equality of citizens in front of the administration, the importance of transparency, as well as cooperation with ombudsman institutions in the countries of the region and the European Union.
