We
learned with regret that
Mr. Zi Zhilun, the Minister of Supervision of the People’s Republic
of China, passed away on the 28th of April 2007.
Allow
me please, Mr Ambassador, to express You, as an esteemed
representative of the Government of the People’s Republic of China
to the Republic of Albania, the heartfelt
condolences on behalf of
myself and my leading
staff, who had the opportunity to meet
Minister Zi Zhilun
personally and enjoy his hospitality during our official visit in Beijing, in June
2005.
