Dear Dr. Dobjani:

           I am most appreciative of the hospitality and professional courtesy that your office extended to my wife and I on our recent visit to Tirana. My deep appreciation to your deputy Mr. Riza Poda and, of course, your excellent support staff headed by Anila Shyti. This visit to Albania was most rewarding for me on many levels. To witness first hand the changes that have occurred in the past fifteen years is most enlightening. Also, to be afforded the opportunity to put your office in direct contact with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is very gratifying. You will see a copy of my letter to Ernie Allen, the President and CEO, regarding training sessions as well as the Amber Alert program.

           I do hope that when your visits bring you to the United States, we will have an opportunity to meet again.
