On behalf of the staff of the Provincial Ombudsman of Vojvodina, I wish to express my appreciation for the excellent organization of the study visit of our delegation in Tirana, and for your hospitality.

The comprehensive presentations by your staff on the Albanian People's Advocate office, discussions on different issues related to the work of our institutions, as well as the visits to institutions and officials of the Republic of Albania, shall by all means contribute to improving the quality of practices of our institution.

We consider this visit to be the beginning of our close and fruitful cooperation, and we truly believe that the next period will give us plenty of opportunities for the exchange of ideas, strategies and experiences. We are certain that our cooperation will be a factor that will aid in the development of ombudsman institutions, and improve the respect for and protection of human rights in the region.

I take this opportunity to confirm our interest in exchanging the associates in our offices that you have proposed during our visit. Because of the workload, one of our associates could spend a week in your office in Tirana, while during July and August the duration of the stay could be extended to two weeks. As for the members of your staff, the length of their stay with our office could be even longer, depending on the plans of your office.
