How to contact the People’s Advocate

The best way to contact the People’s Advocate is to write and explain your case attaching all the documents in support of what you pretend (a copy of them).

 

You can also either call or request to directly contact with the People’s Advocate in case you cannot write to him.

 

Your request will remain confidential (it shall not be made known to the body or the person you are complaining about) if you wish so. Anonymous complaints requests or notifications shall not be accepted. 

 

Below you have the electronic version (.pdf format) of the complaint form to be forwarded to the People’s Advocate. Once completed and signed you should send it by mail together with other supporting documents to the People’s Advocate Institution (see address below).
